The Moments That Mattered: Ruvna’s Year in Review

Hi everyone! It’s Rachel, Ruvna’s Community Manager.

It’s hard to believe another academic year has passed! While I find myself saying this every year, it’s true. AY ‘24-’25 was truly a year of firsts for Ruvna and the schools we support across the country. From launching highly requested features to forging new partnerships and strategies, there is so much for all of us to be proud of.

Although many of you are likely a bit fatigued from the end-of-year rush, I hope you take this time to relish in all that you’ve accomplished this school year. Your communities are safer and smarter because of your leadership.

This year, we’re switching things up a bit. Rather than sharing a single infographic spotlighting successes, we are taking things a step further with an annual impact report—blog post style. We’ll be detailing wins, personal stories and messages from the Ruvna team. First, we’ll kick things off with a word from Co-Founder & CEO, Joey Nutinsky. Without further ado, we are proud to share our first annual Ruvna Impact Report

A Note from Our CEO, Joey Nutinsky

As we close out another incredible school year, I find myself reflecting on the extraordinary partnership we've built together, and the meaningful progress we've made in school communities nationwide. What strikes me the most isn't the statistics you’re about to see, though they tell an important story, but rather, the countless conversations, collaborative problem-solving sessions, and moments we’ve experienced together that brought us here.

The trust you've placed in us as we've evolved our platform has been nothing short of humbling. From the late-night calls when urgent needs arose to the thoughtful feedback that shaped new features, your partnership has been the driving force behind every improvement we've made. What we’ve built together goes far beyond a typical partnership—it's a genuine collaboration built on our shared commitment to keeping schools safe.

Our mission to provide an all-in-one safety and operations platform for k-12 schools has never felt more achievable or more critical. The foundation we've built together this year positions us to deliver even greater impact ahead.

Looking forward, you'll see us take significant steps toward becoming the truly unified solution your school deserves. Enhanced integration capabilities will eliminate the friction of managing multiple disconnected systems. We're expanding our product suite to protect students during and outside of standard school hours. We’re also developing new parent-facing tools to strengthen and unify school operations, alongside continued enhancements to our visitor management system.

The feedback hasn't slowed down, and neither has our commitment. From me and our entire team, thank you for making this year possible. The work we're doing together couldn't be more important. Building these solutions alongside passionate education leaders who care as deeply as we do about protecting and serving schools makes every experience worth it. We can’t wait for another year of making a real difference in the lives of k-12 communities across the country.
