I previously unsubscribed from texts/emails from my school. How can I opt back in?
My school uses Ruvna products. How do I create an account or log in?

Parents or guardians don’t need to create accounts to utilize Ruvna's services. All tasks are completed through your web browser. You'll receive a text message and/or email with a link when your school includes you in a wellness screening, attendance check, or other announcement.

How can I begin using Ruvna's services for my child?

You'll receive a text message and/or email with a link when your school includes you in a process. If you aren't receiving these notifications as expected, please contact your school/district directly. (Due to privacy restrictions, Ruvna Support is not able to troubleshoot these issues with you directly.)

Why can't I sign into the Ruvna website or app?

Only faculty, staff, and administrators have sign-in access to Ruvna's website or app. As a parent/guardian, you'll receive access to each process via a text message and/or email, without the need for an account!

I made a mistake in my response. How can I fix it?

That's ok, mistakes happen! Contact your school or district to erase and resubmit your response. Unfortunately, due to privacy and security restrictions, Ruvna Support is not able to help you resubmit.

I’m not seeing the right people listed.

We understand that it's crucial for you to manage all the people in your care. If there are errors, it might be due to missing information at your school or mismatched contact details. Reach out to your school to correct these issues.

How can I change how I get notified by Ruvna?

You receive alerts based on settings controlled by your school/district. Contact them to adjust your contact preferences, including whether notifications are sent via text, email, or both.

I don’t want to receive these notifications anymore. How can I opt-out?

No problem! To stop receiving text messages, text the word STOP to 36598. You can unsubscribe from emails by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any Ruvna email.

Is my data secure?

Absolutely, Ruvna takes extreme measures to ensure the safety and security of all data collected. Be sure to only click on genuine links sent from Ruvna's number (36598), email address, or directly from your school.
