Ruvna Health enables schools to reopen without sacrificing on what matters most: the safety and well-being of the students.
This information is intended for parents whose children attend a school utilizing Ruvna Health. However, due to privacy and security restrictions, Ruvna Support is not able to provide support to any individual parent or screening recipient. Please contact your school or district with specific questions.
Parents/guardians don’t need any accounts to complete wellness screenings, and all screenings are completed through your web browser.
When your school includes you in a screening, you'll receive a text message and/or email with a link to the wellness check.

If you aren't receiving these texts/emails as expected, contact your school/district directly to let them know. (Due to privacy restrictions, Ruvna Support is not able to troubleshoot these issues with you directly.)
Only faculty, staff, and administrators actually sign into Ruvna and/or access the Ruvna app. As a parent/guardian, you'll receive access to each screening via a text message and/or email, and you won't need an account to submit your responses!
That's ok, mistakes happen! Nothing is written in stone. Contact your school/district to erase and resubmit your mistaken response.
Unfortunately, due to privacy and security restrictions, Ruvna Support is not able to help you resubmit a screening. A quick note to your school/district should do the trick though.
We know it's important that you have access to screen all of the people in your care. Sometimes errors can occur if your school is missing information, or if you have a different phone number or email address on file with different people.
Contact your school to let them know that you are not being associated with the right folks and they can make any necessary adjustments.
You receive alerts about screenings based on settings controlled by your school/district. Contact them to adjust your contact information. They also control whether screenings are delivered via text message, email, or both.
No problem! To stop receiving text messages, simply text the word STOP to 36598.
You can unsubscribe from emails by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email which you have received from Ruvna.
Your school/district uses this service (Ruvna Health) to send their Health Screenings. They indicate to Ruvna who should receive screening alerts and when. We take care of ultimately delivering these alerts on your school's behalf.

Each time your school/district sends out a screening to a group of students, Ruvna creates unique, single-use access links to let people respond only to that screening and for only the appropriate students/staff.
We take extreme measures to make sure all data collected with Ruvna is safe and secure. We use strong encryption to prevent tampering and unauthorized access, and we don't collect more information from you than we need.
Make sure you only click on genuine links either sent from Ruvna's phone number (36598) or email address (_____@ruvna.com), or one genuinely originating from your school.
