• A staff member calls for help from anywhere on campus
• An event starts, and 911 Connect dispatches responders the moment it begins
• Connected campus systems, from digital signage to door locks to mass notification, fire on their own
• Your team runs the real-time roll call: who is safe, who still needs a status, and who no one has found yet
• The full event report is ready the second it ends

If your school uses the Standard Response Protocol, your event types can match the SRP actions, icons, and colors your team already knows.

This is also why the day-to-day works the way it does. Ruvna was built accountability-first: knowing where every person on campus is, and who is responsible for them, is the foundation the rest of the platform sits on. Attendance, Visitor Management, and Dismissal were all built on top of that same question, so the count you rely on in an emergency is the same count feeding every ordinary moment of the day. When those pieces live in separate systems, the answer is only ever as current as the last time someone reconciled them by hand.
