Ruvna at ATLIS 2026: Four Sessions, One Booth, and a Rooftop Happy Hour

A preview of what we're bringing to booth #65, the session rooms, and beyond

Some conferences you attend. Others you invest in. For us, ATLIS has always been the latter.

This year, we're heading to Columbus with our biggest crew yet. Seven people, four sessions, and a rooftop happy hour.

Here's a look at what we have planned.

The Team

You'll find us at booth #65 throughout the conference. Stopping by is the easiest way to connect, ask questions, or just say hello. The crew attending includes Joey Nutinsky (Co-Founder and CEO), Marshall Singer (Co-Founder and COO), Bill Farrell (VP of Product), Macey Belter (VP of Marketing), Daniel Curnutte (Director of Sales), Rachel Strauss (Community Manager), and Jose Pineda (Account Executive).

Whether you're exploring Ruvna for the first time or you've been a customer for years, come find us.

Our Tuesday Session Track

Beyond the expo floor, Ruvna is presenting in four sessions on Tuesday, April 28, all held in Charles Massey C on the third floor.

Here's the full lineup.

10:45 to 11:30 AM — The Hidden Architecture of School Safety: Why IT Owns More of the School Day Than We Admit
Featuring Joey Nutinsky. This session takes an honest look at how much of the school day actually runs through technology infrastructure, and what that means for the IT leaders responsible for keeping it all running.

1:15 to 2:00 PM — The Power of Integration: When SIS and Emergency Management Systems Work as One
Featuring Marshall Singer, a Blackbaud representative, and mutual client Hiram Cuevas from Saint Christopher's School. A practical conversation about what integrated systems actually look like in practice, from the school leader's perspective and the vendor's.

2:30 to 3:15 PM — From Evaluation to Approval: How Independent School Tech Directors Win Internal Buy-In
Featuring Marshall Singer. A client-led panel exploring the real process of moving from "this tool looks promising" to approved and implemented, including how to make the case across different stakeholder groups.

4:15 to 5:00 PM — Dismissal as a Systems Problem: Modeling the Most Complex Workflow of the School Day
Featuring Joey Nutinsky and Bill Farrell. Dismissal touches nearly every part of a school's operations, and this session makes the case for treating it like the systems challenge it actually is.

Also on Tuesday: Birds of a Feather Ruvna User Group

From 3:15 to 4:00 PM, we'll be moderating a Birds of a Feather session for Ruvna users in Charles Massey C on the third floor. It's an informal, discussion-based gathering and a chance to compare notes, share what's working, and connect with peers in similar roles. If you're already using Ruvna, this one is worth carving out time for.

Happy Hour at Stories on High

After a full day of sessions, we're co-hosting a happy hour with Blackbaud and August Schools from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at Stories on High in the Hilton Columbus Downtown. Rooftop setting, skyline views, and good company. We'll also have a special photo opportunity with Brutus Buckeye and The Ohio State Cheer team.

The happy hour is open to K-12 education leaders. Come as you are, bring a colleague, and enjoy a few hours away from the conference schedule.

Reserve your spot here.
